Finca la Barca’s condiment is a flavored oil made with the best Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, together with a selection of the best black truffles (Tuber Aestmum Vittad), characterized by its peculiar and aromatic smell and an extremely pleasant taste. It is ideal for giving a delicate touch to preparations such as rice, meat, vegetables.
