Sumac Powder

Sumac Powder has a slightly fruity aroma, with a tangy lemon/sour flavour used widely across middle eastern, Indian and south Asian cuisine. It is great to use in rubs and marinades, roasted veggies, grilled chicken, fantastic with seafood, great as a garnish for dips and is one of the key ingredients in the Za’atar blend.
