Mini Panettone Pistachio Cream

Borsani Mini Panettone Pistachio Cream is a wonderful single serve size. It’s the mini version of the classic Milanese fruit-filled sweet bread that is well-loved as a traditional Italian Christmas specialty and best enjoyed for breakfast or dessert. Processed for 72 hours in which the two fundamental ingredients that compose it are enhanced: butter and sugar. The latter make the dough richer with a more closed alveolation giving a more meltable structure in the mouth. Once cooled it is filled with pistaccio cream. It also has one more processing phase than panettone: demoulding. This is an operation done by hand, piece by piece, in which the product is removed from its aluminum mold unlike panettone which remains in its paper mold. The product is packaged in a small case.

The Borsari brand, originating from Verona, Italy, is renowned for its artisanal pandoro, panettone, and colomba cakes. Named after the historic Porta Borsari gate, the brand was founded in 1902 by Master confectioner Tiziano Golfetti. Inspired by Verona’s medieval charm, Golfetti crafted premium Christmas and Easter cakes, blending tradition with innovation by filling them with vanilla cream and covering them in fine chocolate.
