TASTING:
Color: Golden yellow.
Aromas: Fragrant, primary aromas stand out, fruity, subtle mineral notes.
Mouth: Medium body, fresh, round, meaty, broad, fruity flavors, persistent.
VINIFICATION:
Made exclusively with grapes from the Dominio de Fontana estate. The varieties are vinified separately, instainless steel tanks, where Chardonnay is the main 70% variety. Aging on its lees gives it greater fullnessand roundness.
