Organic Pumpkin

Yellow capsicum, or yellow bell pepper, is a sweet and crisp variety of capsicum that has a glossy golden skin. It belongs to the same family as green, red, and orange capsicums, but it has a distinct yellow color because it is left on the plant longer before picking. Yellow capsicum is rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene, and dietary fiber.
