Sausage Platter

Cooking Instructions:

• Oil a pan and pan-fry over medium heat, turn frequently to have an even colour for about 6 – 8 mins till inner sausage is fully cooked
• Alternatively, pre-heat oven to 180℃, brush the sausages with a thin layer of oil and roast for 12 mins.

Storage Instructions: Best kept chilled at 0℃ – 4℃. Do not freeze. Consume within 3 days after collection.
